Hello.

I found a part of Panorama’s SAML documentation I think YuJa could improve.

Within the Integrating Panorama with ADFS (SAML) help center article, under the Panorama Configuration section, in the ADFS Signing Certificate Fingerprint row, YuJa direct the reader to, “See How to derive the fingerprint of a certificate in the Additional Tools section of this document for more details.” But there is no Additional Tools section within the document, nor is there any mention of “fingerprint” outside that very row of the table.

The reader must find their way to the bottom of a SAML help article for a different product, Lumina, for the steps of “Deriving the Fingerprint of a Certificate”.

Maybe break the Deriving a Fingerprint information out as its own article pointed to from both the Panorama and Lumina SAML articles? Or if Zendesk have an equivalent to Confluence’s excerpt and excerpt-include macros, use that?
